Trapped,
Feeling hopeless, worthless, nothingness.
Windows locked, doors too.
Help Me! Help Me Please!

Trapped,
In this box, stuck, I'm stuck!
Can't get up, can't move, crying, dead.
Hopelessness, fear, worthless
Alone, agoraphobia, scared, panic
Heart beating fast, tears well up, try to hold them back
Scream, yell, whatever, nothing can help you here.
       
Darkness surrounds, only light can get through 
In a form of a friend
Not even that, can pull you through
Nothing really can
Trapped, how can I get free?
Help Me! Help me, please?!
